This Refund Policy explains how VibeMe AI handles refunds for subscriptions, credits, in-app purchases, and other digital purchases connected to the services.

Most mobile purchases are handled by the marketplace where the purchase was made. When Apple App Store or Google Play approves a refund, VibeMe AI honors that platform result and updates the user's entitlements accordingly.

Refunds may reduce, revoke, or disable subscription time, credits, exports, generations, or other paid access connected to the refunded purchase.

1. App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you purchased through Apple App Store, refund requests are usually reviewed by Apple under Apple policies and local law.

If you purchased through Google Play, refund requests are usually reviewed by Google under Google Play policies and local law.

When Apple App Store or Google Play approves a refund, we honor that approval after confirmation and update related VibeMe AI entitlements, credits, subscription access, or paid features.

2. Subscriptions and Credits

Subscriptions and credits are digital entitlements used for AI generation, exports, music-video creation, and related workflows. Refunded, reversed, charged back, or disputed purchases may cause credits and paid features to be removed, reduced, disabled, or recalculated.

If a refund creates an inconsistent balance, we may correct the account balance, restrict paid access, or request additional verification.

3. How to Request Help

  • For Apple App Store purchases, use Apple's Report a Problem or Apple support channels first.
  • For Google Play purchases, use Google Play refund tools or support channels first.
  • If a marketplace has approved a refund but your VibeMe AI entitlement has not updated, contact support with proof of the approved refund.
  • For purchase questions, include your platform, approximate purchase date, order identifier if available, account email or user ID, and a description of the issue.
